Tie Dye Gift Tags
Make personalized gift tags this year. A Tie Dye Gift Tag from Ann Butler is a great way to make any gift super special and fun.
Materials:
- Easter egg coloring kit
- Tags
- Bowls
- Water
- Vinegar (for some kits not all require it)
- Wax paper
Instructions:
- Follow the instructions on the kit package to make dye in the colors of your choice, using a separate bowl for each color.
- Place tags into dye, the longer you let them soak the more intense color you will get…..this is something you will have to play with.
- When you are happy with the color (they will darken up a little as they dry), lay your tags out on wax paper to dry. Turn tags occasionally.
- Let them dry for several hours or overnight.

Would like to try this out. But I could not find that kit anywhere. Any suggestions?

Ever go in a store and look for just that right gift card and only to give up and pick one out. This is great. I am going to make my own for now on. Always have food coloring and vinegar on hand. I can design my own colors and style of the card. Thank you so much. This will be used a lot. Does anyone think this food coloring can be used to spray decoupage too instead of paints? Just curious.
