Mini Canvas Card Holders

Craft-fully and tastefully display your work with these super cute Mini Canvas Card Holders from Vicki O'Dell at Consumer Crafts.  Simple to do and wonderful to look at, you can even use them to display your holiday cards, and is great to store away for those house warming gift ideas.
 

Materials:

• Darice Mini Canvas 2.5in x 3.5in Item #980-25×35
• Darice Mini Easel
• Studio 71 Acrylic Paint Set
• Premium Artist Brush Set
• Stickers of your choice
• Rubber stamp of your choice
• Embossing stamp pad
• Embossing powder
• Stencil
• Sharpie permanent marker- black

Instructions:

1.  Paint the Canvas with a base coat of paint. Let dry.
   
   
    
2. Stamp and emboss around the edges.
   
   
    
3. Add initials or a name either by “free hand” or using a stencil and a black Sharpie permanent marker. Use a Burnt Sienna or Burnt Umber colored paint to dry brush over the entire canvas to give it some age and dimension.
   
   
    
4. Add a dimensional sticker, silk flower or other embellishment to the bottom corner to finish it up. A perfect little favor, with artistic flair for any time of year!
