Feathered Friend Pendant

Get inspired by the pretty birds outside of your window! Make a Feathered Friend Pendant from Cindi Bisson to wear all year long. Bird craft ideas evoke feelings of spring even when the weather is cold. You can wear this as a necklace or pin it to your clothing.


 

Materials:

• Songbirds with Eggs *SBE Collage Sheet
• Clearly Yours Clear Epoxy Tag Stickers
• Black fuzzy fiber
• Red feathers
• Elmer’s Craft Bond Adhesive
• Faux red crystal accents
• Black leather cording

Instructions:

1. Place 1” X 3” Clearly Yours clear epoxy tag sticker over desired image. Carefully cut around tag.
    
2. Cut three red feathers to about 1”. Arrange as shown and mount behind top of tag using Elmer’s Craft Bond Adhesive.
    
3. Cut 2 inch piece of black fuzzy fiber. Wrap around top of tag just below hole in top of tag. Mount ends to back using Elmer’s Craft Bond Adhesive.
    
4. Mount 3 red faux gemstone accents in bottom left corner as shown.
    
5. If desired, add patterned paper backing and black leather cording and wear as a pendant, or add a pin back for a quick accessory.
