Such a genius idea. My sweet babe might ACTUALLY enjoy this since he likes hiding in weird things. I'll have to give it a shot one of these days.

This is such a great idea! A friend of mine made one of these and her cat loves it. You'd never guess that it was made from a shirt!

My mom just bought a little house for our cat, Spooky, and it is her favorite thing ever. We put it on the rocking chair and she climbs in and watches the world around her.

I would love to make these for my cats. Lately there's been some tension between them and I think a little space is all they need. Plus it's really cold now that it's raining and it could be warm for them.

My daughter has three shelter cats with different personalities and this idea will make her so happy! The great part about it is that you can throw the t-shirt tent into the wash easily, and even shake it out first to de-fur it before the wash! I can see adding the cat's name with fabric markers on the side for fun! Thanks for sharing such a fun and practical, project! Cat shelters and foster homes for cats will love, this cost-effective and wonderful idea!

I do not have a cat but what a great idea this is. I know they are expensive in pet shops because I have looked at them. For anyone that has ever thought of buying one for their cat you must see this before spending the money on one. So simple and no sewing involved. Really. Cost nothing to make but what almost everyone has in their house already. A old tee shirt that you can recycle, some wire hangers and a piece of cardboard. That is it. All cats like to hide so give them their own cat tent. Great tutorial.

Love this idea. My cat always boroughs under my bed covers, so I think she'll like this little shelter. I might line it with a pair of old jeans because she loves the texture of denim.

This is so adorable! If I had a cat I would make one (or two) of these. Maybe I can find an XXXL t-shirt to make one of these for my dog.
