Three cheers for this dramatic layout, which frames your photo in Puffy Paper™. Puffy Paper™ stars painted gold pop off the page.

Materials:

• Black STYROFOAM Brand Puffy Paper™ Thin Foam - two sheets
• Metallic gold stone paint (Krylon)
• Beads
• Black wire
• Star die cuts (Ellison)
• Alphabet die cuts (Sizzix)
• Gold mesh
• Black cardstock
• Metallic gold paper
• Adhesive dots
• Craft knife

Steps:

1. Using a die-cut machine, cut stars from Puffy Paper.
    
2. Following directions on can, spray metallic gold paint onto Puffy Paper stars. Let dry.
    
3. Using craft knife, cut three squares from Puffy Paper. Adhere large Puffy Paper sheet to black cardstock.
    
4. Cut title from gold paper. Adhere to black cardstock and mat with gold paper. Adhere to layout.
    
5. Cut narrow strips of gold mesh and add to the layout.
    
6. Adhere gold stars into the cutout squares. Wrap the large star with wire and beads and adhere to middle square.
    
7. Add gold triangles to photo and mat with black cardstock. Adhere to layout.
