How to Hand Dye Yarn at Home
"Learn how to hand dye natural fibre yarn using everyday items you would find in your kitchen and around your home. This method avoids using toxic mordents or acid dyes. This post will talk you through what materials you need, and what substitutions you might want to try as well as explaining a bit of the theory behind the dyeing process. Then I will share my own dyeing experiments using food colouring and Nettles picked from just outside my house! This is a great craft you can try with all the family!"
