I am pretty sure these hats are found at the Dollar Tree. You could most likely find just about every decorative item needed to create this hat from there, too! If you cannot, use your imagination. You could use bugs in addition to spiders, sure they have those in the toy department. Witches like bugs! Another spin on the hat design is to get your hands on some glow in the dark spider webbing. Have fun wearing your creation!
