"This jeweled fall crown is easy to make, and cost less than 10 dollars, too. I bought all the materials at my local Michaels, and it only took maybe 30 minutes to make. If you have a kid asking to be a fairy this Halloween, this would be the perfect crowning touch to the costume. You don't need to make it in fall colors, either. Imagine it with pearls and seashells for a mermaid costume! The rhinestones are available in a rainbow of colors."

You could also use this idea to create a tiara or crown for a mermaid costume! Search the home goods department for your napkin rings and take them apart. Find the blue, green, and metallic stones. How ethereal and mysterious. Loving the grapevine for the headband part. What do you think of adding some of the pearl strings to the hair, as well?
