I have seen this in old reproduction pdfs on http//www.antiquepatternlibrary.org/html/warm/croc == het.htm These are a wonderful resource and there are rare stitch books there that I am obsessed with! Most of these antique books are donated then carefully scanned then reintrodused as a PDF download!
