Masquerade Greeting Card
Need ideas for making homemade cards? Try this Masquerade Greeting Card from Fabrizio Martellucci that puts an unusual twist on the traditional greeting card.
Materials:
- "Italy Inspired Stamp, Stencil & Decoupage Kit" with Embellishments from QVC in the UK or a "Taste of Italy" kit from Card Craft Plus
- Metallic Rub-ons kit from CalicoCrafts.co.uk
- Faux gems (included in the kits)
- harlequin paper from Hot Off the Press
- white fabric flower cut in half
Instructions:
- I used the thick black paper supplied in the Italy Inspired Stamp, Stencil & Decoupage Kit kit which embossed pretty easily. It also has a linen paper texture.
- I highlighted the raised embossed bit with Metallic Rub-ons kit from CalicoCrafts.co.uk.
- The faux gems were also part of the kit and I embellished the corner of the mask.
- The harlequin paper and white fabric flower cut in half are Hot Off the Press (HOTP). I've noticed that Card Craft Plus do the elements of that kit separately - A Taste of Italy.
