Materials: -2 pieces 100% cotton fabric 7″ x 9″ for adult size, 5″X 7″ for child size – Optional: 1 piece cotton flannel or another breathable cotton layer (for middle), 7″ x 9″ for adult size, 5″ X 7″ for child size. This is an optional layer to give you another layer of protection. If you are making this to wear over a face mask you already have, you can just use the 2 pieces of cotton. -2 elastic strips 1/8 or 1/4″ x 6” women, 7” men, 5” child (if you don’t have elastic you can use ribbon- cut 18″-20″) – Iron – Sewing pins – Sharp scissors – Sewing machine – Pipe cleaner (4″ for adults, 3″ for child)"
