How to Make a Wood Bead Wreath (Half Split Ball)
"DIY How to Make a Wood Bead Wreath (Half Split Ball) I love the look of big wood bead wreaths and had to make one for myself! The beauty of the split balls is the wreath can sit absolutely flat against the wall or front door. Learn how easy it is to make a gorgeous wood bead wreath with 2 inch split wood balls and then additional ideas of how to decorate it at the end of the post! The flower and sprigs can be made detachable so you can change it out for different seasons or holidays. You can hang it so the flower is on the bottom, top or side of the wreath. You can use a simple wood bead wreath, where the wire wreath form is filled with round wood beads already. Wooden bead wreath forms like this are available at the craft store and smaller ones even at Dollar Tree...the kind that have beads on wire and the ends of the wire are looped together. However, this DIY wood bead wreath uses split wood beads instead of full wooden beads 2 inches big. Supplies Needed for Wood Bead Wreath: 2 inch Split Wood Balls MDF Wreath Ring 16 inch (Mine's from Hobby Lobby) Hot Glue Gun (I love my Cricut glue gun!) Eucalyptus Stems Baby Breath Sprig Silk Flower (color of your choice) Wire Cutters Bow (optional) Glue split wood balls to wreath form, add greenery and flower. Make them permanent or removable to change them out for other holidays, seasons or occasions. Full tutorial at: doodlecraftblog"
