Never mind my earlier post about row 16 missing. I just went through the patt again and it is buried in row 15 (sleeves). Someone just forgot to hit enter for a new row.

It appears no one else has noticed there is no row 16 for the sleeves. Is it just numbered wrong and row 17 is actually row 16, etc?

You can find this discontinued yarn on ebay. I generally wear a Large for my bust size, but this is not as large as most people need. Reading the pattern, I noticed that the L top is only 20-inches in length from shoulder and the sleeves are only 18-inches long. That sizing comes only to my forearm and my belly button. I am only 5-feet, 4-inches tall. Luckily, I bought extra yarn to make the sweater and sleeves much longer. I might also add an extra shell to the width.

can you put up a larger image? It's hard to see the detail when the image is so small.

The Coats & Clarks web-site has more information, including sizing: small (bust: 32-34"), medium (36-38"), and large (40-42"). Finished Bust Measurement: 36 (40, 44)".

My comments are similar to others here. No size listings. Just because it indicates S/M/L doesn't necessarily equate to the inches across the bust, etc. Really need this information. Also, it doesn't indicate the skill level for this project. I'm a beginner and easily intimidated, so I don't want to start a project that will be over my head.

Well I guess not everyone, myself included, can just assume correctly. And it would be sad to guess at the size(s) - put all the effort into the project - to find out that your guess was wrong. Maybe that is the reason labels are put on clothing, shoes and other such things.

Come on people, I cannot believe what I am reading here. Can no one really just figure out that the sizes must be small medium and large?!? Small is 6-8, Medium is 10-12 and Large would be 14-16. I thought that this was fairly standard and common knowledge. Don't make things more complicated than they need to be, just go for it.

Pretty top, but to echo other comments, what the heck sizes does the finished project make? Does anyone actually read these comments? I am the 4th comment to question the finished size...

This a nice top, I have to assume that this is for a small, medium and large. But what are the finished size. With the needle size, use a 3 weight?
