- Barrette
- Felt
- Vintage bits of lace or trim
- Vintage jewelry bits and bits of bling
- Hot glue

Instructions

Cut a piece of felt just a little bigger than the barrette and an additional small piece of felt.

Glue the larger piece of felt to the top of the barrette.

Use the small piece of felt to secure the big piece of felt to the barrette from the back side with a bit of glue.

Cut a piece of lace or trim and glue it to the felt.
