- Thin 1/8β or ΒΌβ thick satin ribbon in two complementary colors
- Barrette
- Scissors
Instructions

Begin by cutting about 3-4β long piece of ribbon in each color.

Fold the ribbon in half.

Begin at the closure end and secure your ribbon at the end by doing a quick tight weave.

Begin braiding the ribbon back and forth across and through the barrette base.

Once you get to the end, make sure you have a tight weave/braid and then tie it off.

Trim the ends to the length you prefer.
