Glittery Green Flats
These Glittery Green Flats by Suzie Shinseki for I Love to Create will have you jumping for joy that it's St. Patrick's Day. They are an easy and cool craft to make because even though the green is for a St. Patricks Day craft, you can change the color of the glitter to make them for any other occasion. This green pair of flats will be a hit at any themed party or event. Wear your Patty flats with pride.
Materials:
- Tulip® Fashion Glitter
- C1 - Emerald Fine Jewel
- Tulip® Fashion Glitter Bond
- Foil
- 1” flat paintbrush
- Sheet of white paper (to collect loose glitter)
- Black flat shoes
- Painter’s tape, 1”
Instructions:

Gently wipe surface of shoes.

Place strip of tape to mask off area where glitter is desired.

Pour small puddle of Glitter Bond onto foil.

Dip brush into glue and brush on masked off area of shoe.

While wet, sprinkle on generous amount of Emerald Green glitter. Pat down gently. Shake off excess onto paper. Let dry.

If unglittered patches appear, apply more Glitter Bond and Fashion Glitter to fill in.
- After drying, brush away excess glitter. Make fold in paper containing loose glitter and pour back into bottle.
