Charming Locket Necklace

This Charming Locket Necklace from Clever Handmade is a great way to keep your family close at all times!  You can make this photo locket necklace using various embellishments and accessories...and it's great as a Mother's Day gift!

Materials:

• Locket
• Paper palette
• Scissors
• Adhesive
• A poker
• Mini print of the images for your locket
   

Instructions:

1. Tear a piece of palette paper and press it into the lock to get the exact shape.
   
    
   
   
    
2. Cut out the shape and use it as a template to trace it on to the front of your photograph.
   
   
    
3. Cut along the inside edge of your photograph around the traced shape.
    
4. Use a small bit of adhesive to hold your photo in place.
   
   
   
5. I embellished mine with a feather and a bit of silk ribbon.  So cute!
