Ocean Blue DIY Sandals
Old flip flops become beautiful, blue sandals with this mod podge craft idea. The Ocean Blue DIY Sandals tutorial shows you how to use old sandals, tulle, and a jewel of your choice to make shoes you are going to love wearing. Not only are these sandals simply stunning, the thong portion of the sandals is entirely redone with tulle, making them comfortable and chic at the same time. This has to be one of the best ways to make those ole shower shoes look fantastic! With a teenager on the brink of attending college, I want to have a few of these made up for her to wear around in the dorm. Any idea how well these will fair in water as a shower shoe?

It is not often I get excited about a project but this one I can not wait to try. I love summer and all of the open toe shoes that go with it. I would like to know, how study is the strap once glued in place?
